The Union Square Greenmarket is the oldest and most diverse of New York City's greenmarkets, and one of the largest outdoor farmer's markets in the northeastern United States.
The market sells a wide range of products--artisan breads, fresh fruits and vegetables, cut flowers, farmstead cheeses, pickles, jams, wine, maple syrup, honey, and cider, among others--from regional bakers, fishermen, beekeepers, and farmers.
Open Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Saturday, 8am-6pm, along the north and west sides of Union Square Park, Broadway at East 17th St.
